Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing Whizbang Bash! We strive to provide you with quality products that add joy to your celebrations. Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased.
However, your satisfaction is important to us! In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch via email at whizbangbash@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please provide us with clear images and relevant details of the damaged product and we will replace or refund the damaged item.
*In the event that Whizbang Bash cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping policy:
Shipping Locations: We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
Updates & Delivery: Once your product is ready to be shipped, we will send you a notification via email with the expected shipment date. We use USPS Ground Shipping which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location any unforeseen circumstances affecting shipping carriers.
Local Pick-Up: Local pick is available in Wauwatosa, WI and an address for the pick up location will be shared after purchase. If a product is not picked up within the scheduled time frame without communication, Whizbang Bash has the right to deny fulfillment and will not provide a refund.
Holiday Sprinkle Bag Subscriptions:
The year subscription plan price is due upon sign up, cannot be cancelled, and is non-refundable. You will receive one Holiday Sprinkle Bag each month of the remaining calendar year at time of subscribing. First Bag will arrive the month after subscription. Holiday Sprinkle Bags are non-returnable. Please get in touch via email at whizbangbash@gmail.com if there is an issue with one of your Holiday Sprinkle Bags.
The monthly subscription plan price is non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time by visiting our Membership Hub . You will receive one Holiday Sprinkle Bag each month with the first bag arriving the month after subscribing. Holiday Sprinkle Bags are non-returnable. Please get in touch via email at whizbangbash@gmail.com if there is an issue with one of your Holiday Sprinkle Bags.
If you enrolled in our Holiday Sprinkle Bag subscription your bag will ship 5 business day before the first of each month. Please get in touch with us if you do not receive your bag by 5th of each month. Local delivery of Holiday Sprinkle Bags will occur the first of each month. Local delivery within a 10 mile radius of our location in Wauwatosa, WI is included. Boxes will not be delivered to locations over 10 miles from Wauwatosa, WI and pick up will be required. If a Holiday Sprinkle Bag is not picked up within the scheduled time frame without communication, Whizbang Bash has the right to deny fulfillment and will not provide a refund.
Party in a Box Plus Decorating Services:
After submitting a Booking Request, a confirmation email will be sent including a Terms of Service Agreement and Invoice. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise booking date may be released.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds: Whizbang Bash does not offer refunds once booked, but you can reschedule without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of your first scheduled party date and time. If less than 72 hours notice, you'll have a credit amount of $200 for the decorating services for future use on any Whizbang Bash purchase AND be required to schedule delivery or pick up of the Party in a Box purchased.
Custom Party in a Box and/or Decorating Services:
After submitting a Booking Request, a confirmation email will be sent including a Terms of Service Agreement and Invoice. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise booking date may be released. Following payment, an initial consultation will be scheduled and a decor budget will be set and billed via invoice. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours to allow for shopping time. All receipts for purchases made will be shared and any unspent decor budget will be refunded before scheduled party date and time.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds: Whizbang Bash does not offer refunds once booked, but you can reschedule without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of your first scheduled party date and time. If less than 72 hours notice, Whizbang Bash will retain the package amount booked and refund the decor budget in full within 5 business days (you will need to allow additional days for your bank or credit cards processing times.)
Ballon Garlands:
After submitting a Booking Request, a confirmation email will be sent including a Terms of Service Agreement and Invoice. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise booking date may be released.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds: Whizbang Bash does not offer refunds once booked, but you can reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours in advance of your first scheduled pick up date and time. If less than 48 hours notice, you'll have a credit for the amount booking for future use on any Whizbang Bash purchase.
Sweet B Treats:
After submitting a Booking Request, a confirmation email will be sent including a Terms of Service Agreement and Invoice. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise booking date may be released. Following payment, an initial consultation will be scheduled and a budget will be set and billed via invoice. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours to allow for cake creation.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds: Sweet B Treats does not offer refunds once booked, but you can reschedule without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of your first scheduled party date and time. If less than 72 hours notice, Sweet B Treats will retain the payment in full.
